As always, we're very appreciating of those that submitted an entry for this edition of the Heroes Caption Contest.

We selected "Aquaa" as the winner, though, because this user made a cute reference to another show in his/her entry. Check it out now, underneath the photo.

Heroes Preview: "Exposed"

This Monday, on Heroes...

... Peter and Parkman race to save Daphne;

... Sylar remembers a bit about his childhood;

... Claire shares a kiss!

Here's a clip for the episode titled "Exposed."

Heroes Producers Tease Volume Four Storylines

Heroes producers Joe Pokaski and Aron Coliete recently spoke about characters and storylines to come.

Here's a summary of the main plot points we took from their latest interview:

  • Rebel has a phone and can text. (Thanks, guys!)
  • Claire and Sylar will have a talk in the finale of Fugitives. The topic? Immortality.
  • We will see another use of Ando’s power by episode 20.
  • Two Pushing Daisies alums will appear this season: Swoozie Kurtz will be appearing as a new character and Ellen Green will be reprising an old one.

Heroes REALLY Needs Your Help!

Stop what you're doing.

Go tell your family, friends, enemies and pets to watch Heroes. The show is in serious danger of not making it to a fourth season.

This week's episode drew 6.9 million viewers. That might not mean much to the average viewer, but consider this:

Last year at this time, during the 9 p.m. Monday time slot, NBC aired the ridiculous reality competition My Dad Is Better Than Your Dad. It received 900,000 more viewers than Heroes. Seriously.

If Heroes cannot earn higher ratings than a reality show tha costs a fraction of Heroes' budget to make, then we may be seeing the last few episodes ever of this once-popular show.

Taking a Listen

Based on current ratings, if Parkman could read the mind of most viewers, he'd hear how unhappy they were with the series.

Heroes Round Table: Cold Wars

Welcome to our 25th Heroes Round Table.

While fans of the show gather in the forums to discuss every character and storyline, our staff comes together every week to analyze the latest developments from the latest episode.

Topics in this edition include: the episode format, Mohinder and Daphne. Let's get to the Q&A...

This episode focused largely on one storyline. Do you like that format?
A. Hiro: YES! Any series with so many characters and so many threads running through it needs to slow down its pace from time to time. Just look at Lost. Its success is largely due to how intimately fans know each character, as the results of focused episodes such as this.

Milover: I loved it, but I wonder if it would work with any other character. HRG has so much depth and moral greyness to him. Could the show really pull off something like this with Ando, for example?

Timex: If you're asking if I missed another episode that tossed Hiro into some utterly useless, boring plot, the answer is no. This one was great.

RT

Can Mohinder get any dumber?
Timex: It doesn't seem possible. He's worked with the bad guys in each of the past few volumes, and now he knew of Nathan's evil scheme, but didn't reveal it to anyone? Who gave this guy a medical degree?!?

A. Hiro: Who cares? I'm just glad his skin isn't falling off anymore. That was gross.

Milover: It is hard to fathom why Mohinder didn't at least mention to his good pal Parkman that HRG approached him in such a manner. How was your day, Mo? Oh, funny story, Noah Bennet told me we're all gonna be rounded up and held captive!

Heroes Spoilers: The Return of Rebel

While last night's episode of Heroes focused almost entirely on one storyline - a very welcome change, in our opinion - next week will fold a few other characters back into the mix.

Based on the latest from E! Online, here's what fans can expect next Monday:

  • No appearances by Hiro and Ando again;
  • The return of Rebel;
  • Rumblings of a divorce between Noah and Sandra Bennet;
  • New memories for Sylar, as he recalls details of his childhood before he was given up for adoption.

HRG Close-Up

Who would divorce HRG? We love this guy!

Heroes Episode Guide, Photos, Quotes & More from "Cold Wars"

"I've always felt comfortable being morally grey." - HRG

In this episode of Heroes, the main focus is on Parkman's interrogation of HRG and how Nathan's plan came into fruition.

It was a great example of how effective the show can be when it slows down and focuses on a single character or storyline. See what we mean by reviewing our detailed recap of "Cold Wars" now.

Interrogation Time!

Discuss "Cold Wars" in our Heroes Forum!

On tonight's new installment of Heroes, Peter, Mohinder and Parkman interrogate HRG.

What does he know? Why is he working with Nathan?

As always, we'll publish a full recap soon after the episode airs. For now, discuss the latest developments from "Cold Wars" in our Heroes forum...

Jack Coleman Previews Tonight's Episode, Fugitives Volume

Photo of HRG

Jack Coleman's Noah Bennet (HRG to most Heroes fans, of course) is at the center of tonight's new episode, "Cold Wars."

The actor sat down with TV Guide this week and previewed the installment, as well as the rest of the volume. Here are a couple excerpts:

What can we expect?
Suresh, Peter Petrelli and Matt Parkman have gotten together and decided that HRG is the key to what they need to find out. Parkman is driving the whole thing because he wants to find out what happened to Daphne. So he does a mental interrogation — he processes my memories, and we flash back to see how all these events came to be. It's a really good use of Parkman's abilities. He's not going in and telling me what to think, he's going in and prying loose this information.

What can we expect from the rest of "Fugitives"?
There will be fewer stories per episode and more concentration on the relationships between people — it will be more character driven than plot driven. Ultimately, we're trying to get back to the emotional core of the show — relationships between human beings. I really think these new episodes are quite good. People get wrapped up in thinking this show is not what it used to be, but if you forget all that and take these episodes on face value, they are really good.

And what's happening right now, we're making stories that are relatable, have emotional value to  them and are also entertaining. I'm really excited about where we're headed. People who have liked the show at any point will be rewarded. I think a corner has been turned, and we're heading in the right direction.

Coming Soon to Heroes: An Underwater Kiss!

As Heroes viewers witnessed last week, Claire has a friend: a comic book store employee named Alex (Justin Baldoni).

Alex was wanted by HRG because of his ability to breathe underwater. Fortunately, he escaped with Claire - and will soon use this power to exciting use!

According to E! Online, Alex and Claire will share a steamy underwater kiss in the March 2 episode, "Exposed." Check it out below.

"I can breathe underwater," Baldoni said. "It's every guy's fantasy to have a superpower, and I'm so happy I got this part."
