anu naki - Elle mentioned that it was her grandmothers house she burned down, not her moms. But I guess who owned the house is irrelavent. Maybe Adam is Meredith Gordons father, which would make Claire his granddaughter. I suppose Adam could still be Elles biological father with this scenario, assuming that he's just a horny english pimp. This helps tie up some loose ends, such as 'why two people with powers (Nathan & Meredith) just happened to meet and have the sexual intercourse' (with some dating in between, I'm sure) because it goes along with the other "arranged" relationship that we've seen so far - Nikki & DL, as sara pointed out in the topic of "petrellis dark secret"....now the next big question is.....who is Claires OTHER grandmother? (on the Gordon side obviously) anyone care to expound on this?

Then Meredith Gordon and Elle would be sisters and Elle would be Claires aunt. Peter is Claires uncle. Nathan would be Elles brother in law and Adam would be Nathans father-in-law if there were a marriage.
What a tangled web of shit man. Why don't I just map out a friggin family tree and print a geneaology report? Better yet, why don't you just wait and see?

I hope it's a lot more simpler than what you said. Cuz my brain is cramping just trying to follow. I think Adam and Peter make a bad ass team and I acctualy believe they are trying to do something good and the company is truely bad. I could be wrong and there could be a twist, but it makes sense that they would lock Peter and Adam in there to keep them from getting in there way. But it could be that Adam is locked in there due to him plotting to kill the 12 and they're just protecting there asses. I due believe Adam is truely good, like someone said before. Why the hell is the Haitian working with the company after he took the blame for HRG in the first season? And why would he take down Peter and erase his memory? That annoys me... Like everyone else said, what happened to Sylar? Wasn't that supposed to be covered in this episode? Besides my few complaints, the episode was pretty bad ass. I like how it began. I'm glad they showed what took place in the air with Peter and Nathan. Matt Parkman need to be filled in with what happened about his divorce and stuff, as well. I hope they don't end this volume or season too soon. The writers strike will be resolved soon, hopefully...Posted 11/13/2007 2:06:05 AM #

From what I recall, the Hatian's allegiance is to Peter's Mom. It appears that in this episode he simply wants to free Peter from the grasp of the company so he takes his memories to try and give him a new life. Of course, he leaves some sort of reminder behind because one might want to save the world again...
This season seems to suffer from a slow pace and from what I have been reading from other posts, some appearently complex relationships.
Only the last episode will truly tell us how things end.

There are some great ideas from this blog, and there are some bad ideas, too. Ok. First off, Peter didn't kill Hiro's dad. Did you watch the first episode? Peter was locked in the trailer. Remember? I'm sure Elle, Adam, Peter, Claire, Nathan, Angela, and Meredith have some kind of family ties, but does anyone else think that Adam might actually be trying to save the world? Bob has already shown his willingness to use the virus to get what he wants when he tried to kill Maury with the virus. He also didn't seem to care about a evolved strand of the virus. HHmmmm? I like the idea of the Maya "virus", but with all the storyline being based on the Shanti virus, I seriously doubt this is the case. Even though it would be a nice little plot twist. Since all arrows point to the Shanti virus this would be interesting to see the panic when this is figured out. Really though, If the Haitian was around Maya wouldn't be able to commit unintentional mass murder. Problem solved. Also, Hiro's dad might have been killed by Adam right? Again, All arrows point to Adam because he could fall off a building and not get hurt. Could have been Maury though. He was the one dishing out the pics with the symbols on them, and obviously was the one who attacked Angela. Could he not have made Kieto imagine it was Adam or even Hiro who came back from the past with knowledge of who he really was. Wouldn't that be his worst nightmare. His son finding out the truth and destroying the villian that is his father. Well we'll find out next week for sure seeing that Hiro was absent this episode. Does anyone else trust Adam more than Bob? If Adam is conducting a save the world hit list and the OG 12 is on it. Maybe the twelve is planning another genocide like the NYC bomb to take some kind of control and Adam is trying to stop it. I still think that he could be a bad guy, but I just don't trust shit Bob says. Oh, and what about Nathan? His wife? His sudden healing after two months? No questions? Shouldn't he be a Senator? He did win the election, right? Did we just forget that little detail? The next three episodes better clear up a lot of shit. Even though the writers strike has put the season in hiatus, It might be a blessing in disguise. We might have to wait a little longer for the next portion of the season, but it might give the writers the time they need to make sure their bases are covered. Even though we might be watching new episodes in June. Oh yeah, "future Hiro" is scheduled to make an appearance in one of the next two episodes. Yeah!

Your right FoolsFate, the Haitians allegiance is to Mrs. Petrelli. I forgot about how he listened to Angela instead of HRG when it came to not erasing Claire's memory... Keito, yeah, I think Adam is overall a good guy. He probably has his own agenda too, but I agree, I think he's a better guy than Bob.Posted 11/13/2007 3:50:04 AM #

The Haitian left the company after he let Peter go. I assume the company infected him and then he went back to Haiti.
I think the only good people are the Haitian, Peter, Nathan and Matt.
Even Nathan and Matt have made some boneheaded mistakes. Hiro is too selfish to do what needs to be done. I hope that Adam makes Hiro realize that Hiro is the bad guy in some weird season ending twist.
I don't think Adam will be 100% evil or good. He has been around 400 years and doesn't want everyone dead, but I am sure he is bored to death.

Where the heck was Sylar's story line??? Are we seriously never gonna learn about what happened to him four months ago? I can't believe they wasted time on the twins instead...Posted 11/13/2007 9:11:44 AM #
